Some of Travis’ notable cases include a $2 million setTravistlement of an automobile collision injury that resulted in a lumbar fusion. In Lambermont v. Confidential, (2007), he obtained a $450,000 settlement for car crash collision that resulted in facet syndrome.

Read his clients’ testimonial to learn why they were so impressed with his work.

His representation of a car crash injury victim in Cione v. Yoshida. (2013) resulted in the largest settlement of $915,000 for a solely facet based injury reported in Nevada. Travis is also responsible for the state’s next highest recovery of $769,999 for such an injury in Mirkovic v. F.I.E. (2010).

Mr. Jameson holds a special regard for police officers.  When he was asked to take over as lead counsel for a Seattle Police Department officer who had been injured in an intersection collision he did so gladly.  Our client was a disfavored driver in an uncontrolled intersection dispute suffering cervical and lumbar sprains.Travis was successfully able to argue that comparative fault should be minimal. Our client received payment within a week of the award.
